Get the team details together
Agree on the approved color and styles, including whether tops and pants need to match. Then collect each person’s top and pant size, plus quantities, in one shared list. Use the selected style’s size chart rather than assuming everyone’s usual size will fit.
Ask each person to check their entry, and have one coordinator keep the final version together.
Confirm the embroidery
Start with the current logo file. Note your preferred size, thread colors and placement, describing left and right from the wearer’s perspective. Check what works on the chosen garment before finalizing the details.
Plan around your deadline
Share the date your team needs the uniforms and confirm current customization and delivery timing before ordering. Leave room for questions and final checks, especially when several people need to approve the details.
