Choose an available reward for your tier. Confirm the redemption and copy your discount code.

Sign in with the email you use to shop, then open My rewards and join the program if prompted. Membership is free. You do not need to make a purchase, provide professional credentials or subscribe to marketing emails.
Why can’t I see any rewards?
Sign in and make sure you have joined the program. Rewards are shown for your current tier, and you need enough points to redeem. If the list is still empty, refresh the page or contact support with your account email.
Which purchases earn points?
Eligible paid purchases earn 1 point per $1 of product spend after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Free items, zero-value replacements and refunded amounts do not earn points. Allow time for the order to be processed and synced.
Why isn’t my reward code working?
Redeem your points first, then copy the code from My rewards. Your eligible order must reach $50 before the reward discount. Use the account that redeemed it, remove other discounts, and check that the code has not already been used.
Do my points or rewards expire?
Points and redeemed reward codes currently have no expiry date. Each code is for one use. You can find previously redeemed rewards in your rewards account.
What happens if I return an order?
Points earned from refunded purchases are adjusted. If you used a reward, contact support before redeeming another one: we will check the refund, code status and points history to avoid duplicate adjustments. Refund eligibility follows our store’s return policy.
Where are my welcome or birthday points?
Welcome points are a one-time reward for eligible new members. Birthday rewards depend on the birthday saved in your rewards account and the program’s timing rules. If a reward is missing, contact support with your account email; please do not create another account.
